After a long time of operation, due to the continuous erosion of the material on the grinding plate and roller, the combination curve of the grinding surface between the grinding plate and roller deviates, the effective grinding area decreases, and the extrusion efficiency of the equipment decreases greatly. Increase of power consumption: at the same time, the vibration value increases, which leads to the unstable load of hydraulic system, transmission system and motor, and even causes the vertical mill not to start.
In general, the grinding plate and lining block of slag vertical mill, raw meal vertical mill and coal vertical mill are mostly repaired online, which can realize the simultaneous operation of multiple welding machines and improve the construction efficiency. For grinding roller, if the amount of welding work is small or the time is short, online repair can be used; if conditions permit, offline repair can better ensure the repair quality.
